  • Made-to-order pieces: 5–10 business days for sourcing and crafting your jewelry
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days after production • You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships (check your spam folder!)

IS SHIPPING FREE?

  • YES! We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states
  • Not valid for Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam and APO/FPO addresses

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • During holidays, please allow additional time (5+ business days)

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
