We stand behind the quality of every piece. If your Musella piece doesn’t feel like a perfect match, we’re here to help.

US Orders

Unworn, undamaged items (excluding earrings, due to hygiene reasons) may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Currently available for orders within the continental US. Approved returns will be refunded for the full purchase price of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Other countries

As a small studio prioritizing quality over scale, we regret we can't yet offer international returns, exchanges, or resizing.

But we CAN promise this: Every order receives double quality checks and is wrapped in protective packaging designed to withstand its global adventure.

Return process

To keep our prices accessible for all, we kindly ask customers to cover return shipping costs.

Please email support@musellajewelry.com to start the return process. In your email, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Your preferred solution (refund or exchange)

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with next steps including return address.

Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact. Partial returns or missing components will result in a restocking fee.

Multi-piece sets or designs with detachable components must be returned as a complete unit.

Ship your returns within 5 business days of approval—unshipped returns after this period will be automatically canceled. Contact us if you need an extension.

After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for quality inspection and refund processing. Approved returns will be refunded for the full purchase price of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Banks may take additional time to post the refund, if it hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, contact us at support@musellajewelry.com, we’re here to help!

Damages or Wrong pieces

Please inspect your order upon reception, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we deeply apologize and will resolve it immediately.

Please contact us within 12 hours and send us your order number, photos of damaged packaging/item and brief description of the issue to support@musellajewelry.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exchanges

To ensure you get your perfect piece faster, return the original item for approval, then place a new order.

1-Year Warranty

Every Musella piece comes with a 1-Year Warranty—our promise of quality.

Our 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects (e.g., stone loosening, clasp malfunction), excluding damage from wear, accidents, or alterations. While accidental damage isn't covered under our warranty, we're here to help restore your piece. Simply email us at support@musellajewelry.com to start the process, and we'll provide a detailed repair quote tailored to your needs.
